Work Schedule: Day Shift, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $49.04 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Role Overview:
Under the guidance of the Vice President of Physician Practices and the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Program Supervisor will oversee quality management, patient safety, clinical compliance, and performance improvement initiatives within the Physician Practice Division. This position requires collaboration with various operational leaders to establish and maintain effective processes that ensure safe and reliable patient care, aiming for clinical excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related health discipline
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment, including clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and quality improvement
- Familiarity with Joint Commission, CMS, and New York State Department of Health standards and regulations
- Completion of Performance Improvement training within one year of hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in outpatient care
- Background in root cause analysis
- Lean expert training
Licensure/Certification:
Minimum Required:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse license
- CPR certification within three months of hire
Preferred:
- Professional certification in a relevant specialty
