Associate Photographer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with leading brands. We're seeking an Associate Photographer to join our team in West Palm Beach. This is a full-time position that requires travel to properties in and around the Palm Beach area.
Responsibilities:- Support marketing efforts by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible.
- Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
- Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed while navigating one-mile square grids.
- Ensure safety standards are met to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent clients professionally at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- Experience as a professional photographer or a degree in photography.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, with field experience preferred.
- Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we'll teach qualified candidates.
- Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Quick learning and application of new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.
- Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
- Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.
- Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
- Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
