We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team at Adfinitas Health. As a Hybrid Physician, you will have the opportunity to practice in both acute and post-acute settings, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Admit patients and perform physical exams in an acute setting
- Order tests, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients in both acute and post-acute settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care and transitions
- Meet with patients and families to discuss treatment plans and provide education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
- Board eligible/Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
