We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role involves operating various machinery and saws, ensuring high-quality standards in the fabrication process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will:
- Operate multiple saws and fabrication machines efficiently.
- Load and connect pipes into the bending machinery.
- Monitor specifications and maintain product quality.
- Stack finished products on pallets according to established packaging standards.
- Band pallets upon completion and verify the angle of pipes on the angle table.
- Cut boards to the required size for pipe packaging.
- Adhere to safety protocols for all machinery, including emergency stops and pinch points.
- Notify the Shift Lead of any safety concerns or material shortages.
- Regularly check cut lengths for compliance with specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area throughout the shift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A solid understanding of basic mathematics for accurate counting and calculations.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment.
- Capability to work safely and efficiently under pressure.
ONBOARDING AND TRAINING:
Within the first three months, you will:
- Complete the company immersion program.
- Understand how your role contributes to the overall strategy.
- Familiarize yourself with team dynamics.
