Job Title: Private Duty Pediatric Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Private Duty Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

About the Role:
  • Provide one-on-one care to children with complex medical needs in a home setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare teams, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • RN/LPN with a valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with medically complex children, preferably with trach and vent experience
