We are seeking an experienced Space Planner to join our team at Home Surplus. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative designs that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Process: Oversee the entire design process, from initial customer interaction to order completion.
  • Customer Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Order Management: Accurately complete and fulfill sales orders, while managing customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Design Experience: Must have extensive experience with 2020 or similar space planning, design, and visualization software.
  • Customer Interaction: Possess exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: Estimated annual salary range: $65,000 - $85,000.
  • Bonus Program: Participate in a monthly bonus program based on performance.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, dental, EAP, disability, life insurance, PTO, and 401(k) retirement plan.
