Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of counseling services to patients in our addiction treatment program. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral science, experience in supervisory roles, and a passion for helping individuals achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Counseling Staff: Provide clinical supervision to counselors and counselor interns, ensuring they provide high-quality treatment services to patients.
  • Manage Caseloads: Assign and manage caseloads for counselors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of counseling services.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance file reviews, monitor treatment and counseling of patients, and ensure timely documentation of patient services.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate performance improvement discussions, documentation, and follow-up, as well as provide guidance and support to counselors needing licensure and/or certification.
  • Program Development: Assist in program development activities, including the creation of new programs and services.
  • Communication: Communicate clinic, employee, and patient concerns to employees and leadership, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in behavioral science required; LICSW or LMHC required; MSW preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in addiction treatment and case management, with 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team of counselors.
  • Certifications: Satisfactory drug screen and criminal background check.
