About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Floral Arranger to join our team at Market Basket Foods. As a key member of our floral department, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing arrangements that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and arrange flowers, foliage, and gift baskets according to department standards;
  • Assist customers with their orders and actively promote merchandise;
  • Utilize tools such as trimmers, shapers, wire, pins, floral tape, and foam to create beautiful arrangements;
  • Price and display product cases in an attractive manner;
  • Inform customers about flower care, maintenance, and handling techniques.
Working Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and meeting sales targets. You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
