**Job Summary**
KA Recruiting Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist or Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing specialized procedures, training and teaching laboratory personnel, and contributing to our continuing education program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Independently perform complex laboratory procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
- Train and mentor laboratory personnel, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of laboratory procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of schedules and procedures, ensuring seamless laboratory operations.
- Participate in special projects, as assigned by management.
**Requirements:**
- ASCP certification (or eligibility/equivalent certification)
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Associate Degree in Science
- Experience in a laboratory setting is highly preferred
