We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will be patient, friendly, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, ambulation, and personal care. The caregiver will also be responsible for planning and preparing meals, doing light housekeeping, and providing emotional support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of emergency response and first aid, as well as knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with dietary constraints. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The position is full-time, part-time, or PRN, with a salary of $15.00 per hour and expected hours of 15-32 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, ambulation, and personal care.
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from clients.
- Do light housekeeping duties that clients cannot complete on their own.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Report any unusual incidents.
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a caregiver.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
- Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints.
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate.
- Good time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics.
- Physical endurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
