Job Title: Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Villa Restaurant Group. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our culinary and hospitality team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure that dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
