Job Summary:


As a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team and help us achieve our mission of making dental care accessible to all.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines
  • Manage your schedule to ensure comprehensive patient care and education
  • Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care


Qualifications:



  • Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
  • Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
