Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter & Project Coordinator to join our team at Father Nature Landscapes of Tacoma.

This is a dynamic position that involves leading a team of professionals in creating stunning outdoor spaces for our discerning clients. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for managing carpentry projects from start to finish, including reading and interpreting plans, ordering materials, and scheduling deliveries.

• Manage all aspects of carpentry projects, including reading and interpreting plans, ordering materials, and scheduling deliveries.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure specifications and schedules are met.
• Assess the skills of the crew and delegate tasks accordingly, creating opportunities for skill development.
• Conduct service calls to repair existing structures and champion the culture of Father Nature.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $27-34.00 per hour, depending on your skills and expertise. You will also be eligible for paid holidays and time off after completing the initial 90-day period. Additionally, you will receive a monthly stipend of $40 for the use of your personal phone and contributions towards dental insurance and Simple IRA opportunities.
