Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ICU RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical care skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Experience in ICU/Critical Care nursing, with a strong understanding of critical care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
