Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in maintenance is preferred
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems is preferred
  • Understanding of local building regulations and codes is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support preventive maintenance, repairs, and system replacements
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems
  • Manage errands and oversee incoming and outgoing freight
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and staff
  • Assist in emergency evacuation procedures

Skills and Competencies:

  • Valid driver's license is required
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions
  • Knowledge of regulations pertaining to post-acute care facilities
