Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Biscuit Maker to join our team at Hardee's. As a Biscuit Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food products and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food products according to menu standards and company procedures.
• Ensure that all food products are handled and stored safely and in accordance with company food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Assist other team members with guest service and cleaning as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.

Training and Development:

• Follow the steps outlined in the Crew Person Training Program to learn new skills, duties, and responsibilities and to improve personal performance.
• Communicate to Manager on duty when additional training, guidance, and practice are needed.
• Understand how each job responsibility impacts the customers, other employees, and overall operations.
• Keep Manager on duty informed of anything that might affect the customers, other employees, and overall operations.
• Be performance-oriented and driven; understand performance expectations and be aware of performance results.

Total Customer Satisfaction

Consistently provide a quality product and customer service experience that delivers total customer satisfaction.

• Follow all customer service guidelines and procedures; take the appropriate action to ensure all customers receive service beyond their expectations.
• Work assigned station(s) accurately and productively; clean and stock the station area(s); perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensure that all customers receive hot, quality products, prepare, package, and deliver all products according to menu standards.
• Handle all food products according to company procedures, follow all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of customers and employees.
• Assist other crew members with Guest service and cleaning as needed or directed by Manager.
