Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CT Technologist to join our team at Baptist Health Care. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate diagnosis of patients by performing high-quality imaging procedures using computed tomography (CT) scanners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective utilization of CT scanners
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field preferred
  • Active certification in Radiology Technology (ARRT-R) and CT (ARRT-CT) required
  • Florida State License in Radiology Technology required
  • Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through American Heart Association required
  • Proficiency in CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
