Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality engineering processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of aerospace industry regulations and standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • American Society for Quality certification.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as AS9100.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
