Cage Kiosk Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cage Kiosk Attendant to join our team at Gila River Gaming Enterprises Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring the cash levels in all cash services Gaming Kiosks, ATMs, Express Cash Dispensers, and other Cage Department machinery are accurate and up-to-date.

• Conduct cash/coin replenishments on all cash units under the department's responsibility.
• Verify funds and compare transactions to receipts in the units.
• Assist guests with transaction disputes or jams.
• Roll or bag coin as required to ensure levels are available for business.
• Maintain supplies and equipment, notifying management of the need to order supplies and equipment.
• Perform minor preventative maintenance and cleaning on cash units.
• Diagnose and perform repairs on cash units.
• Complete daily reports on issues/incidents, including explanations and work done to resolve them.
• Balance units and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with relocations and installations as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality with all casino-related information, including operational data and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and/or technical training in diagnostic, maintenance, and repair of ATMs preferred.
• Six (6) months of cash handling experience or previous cashiering experience utilizing currency counters and coin sorters preferred.
• Ability to perform the GILA WAY: Greet, Interact, Listen, Appreciate.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, along with excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and self-starter qualities.
• Strong written communication skills to provide detailed explanations and descriptions of issues and/or situations, possible solutions, and work performed to management.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and gain cooperation of guests and fellow team members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
