Overview:
The Access Mobile Crisis Response Teams are dedicated to providing immediate support to individuals facing mental health and substance use crises. As a vital part of our community outreach, our clinicians are essential in responding to urgent situations, ensuring safety, and facilitating access to necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to mental health emergencies in designated areas.
  • Conduct assessments to engage and stabilize individuals in crisis.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement safety and crisis prevention plans.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or related field with appropriate New York State licensure (LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC).
  • Unlicensed candidates may be considered based on experience.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment and crisis intervention.
  • Familiarity with community resources in Westchester County.
