Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hiring and scheduling of direct care personnel, ensuring accurate timekeeping and payroll administration.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to guarantee high-quality health support, including precise medication administration and thorough documentation.
- Facilitate orientation for new employees and volunteers, coordinating training efforts with clinical and nursing teams to address specific program needs.
- Monitor staff skill development and conduct timely performance evaluations, fostering open communication and feedback.
- Encourage effective collaboration among clinical, supervisory, and residential teams through regular meetings.
- Ensure completion of quarterly program assessments and outcome reports.
- Develop and implement an annual improvement plan that incorporates staff feedback and promotes innovation.
- Address staff concerns and foster a positive work environment, mediating disputes as necessary.
- Promote staff growth in communication and teamwork skills, consulting with Human Resources as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations, acting as the AFC Administrator and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Supervise adherence to resident care plans, maintaining communication with families and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Facilitate Resident Council meetings, incorporating feedback into program improvements and advocating for resident needs.
- Promote Hope Network Rehabilitation Services within the community and represent the organization at events and meetings.
- Generate and distribute Activity Schedules, integrating ideas from Resident Council feedback and encouraging family involvement.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation, frequency varies by location
Compensation:
- Additional $2 per hour for hours worked outside normal business hours (Monday-Sunday)
- Additional $3 per hour for hours worked on designated holidays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred (or 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a residential setting).
- Experience in a licensed residential environment is preferred.
- Certification or ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification.
- Certification or ability to obtain Brain Injury Specialist certification.
