**Key Responsibilities:**

* Craft individual and business tax returns with accuracy and timeliness
* Prioritize and tackle complex cases with a keen eye and strong work ethic

**Requirements:**

* CTEC License (Active/Renewed) & PTIN
* 2+ years of experience in business tax returns
* Familiarity with Schedules A, B, C, D, and E preparation and nuances
* Experience with amended returns and PRO-Series tax software
* Ability to use analysis to ask meaningful fact-finding questions when presented with limited tax information/source documents
* Knowledge of accounting processes preferred
* Skilled in tax preparation software and experienced in troubleshooting common tax program problems
* Bookkeeping skills a huge bonus
* Proficient computer skills
* Experience consulting tax handbooks or other printed materials to determine the proper procedure for preparing challenging returns
* Strong written and communications skills
