Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute national, regional, and local marketing campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement across Canada.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute opportunities, recommend solutions, and implement programming to drive business growth.
  • Analyze mid- and post-program data to optimize programming and recommend changes.
  • Manage marketing strategies to support the launch of Canada Viega Experience Centers and promote VEC services.
  • Provide strategic direction to internal design teams and external agency networks.
Requirements:
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
  • Ability to recommend investments based on business fundamentals and marketing principles.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years in a general management function and 5+ years in a B2B marketing role.
Total Rewards Package:

Base salary: $165,348 to $214,835 CAD annually, based on specific compensable factors. Bonus or commission: Eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program.
