Job Overview

Imagine Swimming is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels.

Responsibilities
  • Teach swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of students
  • Assess student progress and adjust lesson plans accordingly
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a swim instructor or aquatic educator
  • Competitive swimming background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
