Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Seaford, Delaware. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients to assess and diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking, and provide treatment to improve communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to diagnose disorders that impact swallowing and speaking
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication skills
  • Counsel individuals and their families on ways to support personalized treatment plans
  • Update patient records according to departmental processes
Requirements:
  • Current Delaware license
  • Advanced degree from an accredited program
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and compassion
  • Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension
  • Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
