Sportsbook Ticket Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Sportsbook Ticket Writer, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, processing tickets, and handling customer inquiries and disputes.

• Process tickets and handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
• Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure all customers, whether regular or infrequent, are made to feel welcome and valued at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide a positive customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior casino experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
