We are seeking an experienced Medical Care Operations Director to lead our dialysis clinic operations and ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including management of staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring timely completion of assessments and care plans.
  • Staff Development: Provide support and training to clinical staff, promoting professional growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage clinic finances, including efficient utilization of supplies and equipment, and regular profit/loss review.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience: 6+ years business operations experience in a healthcare facility, with 3+ years supervisory or project/management experience.
  • Licensure: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN), with current licensure and certifications.

Compensation

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
