The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for:

- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Managing guest reservations and room assignments
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or hotel industry
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
