Job Title: Client Recovery Advisor

At Aware Recovery Care, we are seeking a compassionate and experienced Client Recovery Advisor to join our team. As a Client Recovery Advisor, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting clients through our intensive In-Home Addiction Treatment program.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual who has personal experience with addiction or has supported loved ones through recovery. As a Client Recovery Advisor, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized recovery plans, provide emotional support, and connect them with resources to achieve long-term recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver our 52-week In-Home Addiction Treatment program to clients in their home environment.
  • Collaborate with the Addiction Treatment team to coordinate customized client care.
  • Manage a caseload of clients and schedule appointments.
  • Offer support through face-to-face appointments and telephonically as needed.
  • Submit timely clinical documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system.
  • Meet clients where they are and work across departments for holistic client support.
  • Participate in Case Review, supervision, and continuing education.
  • Mentor and shadow new employees.
  • Be open and flexible to working nights and weekends, if required.
Requirements
  • 2 years of lived continuous recovery experience from any Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones preferred.
  • Certifications such as Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC), Drug and Alcohol Recovery Counselor (DARC), or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) are a plus.
  • Proof of auto insurance is required.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
