Location Maintenance Technician Job Opportunity



Skillful technicians with a knack for fixing things are sought after by Smarte Carte for the role of Location Maintenance Technician at Westfield Palm Desert. This part-time position requires a dedicated individual who can perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs, ensuring strollers and massage chairs remain in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical repair and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

As a Location Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining clean equipment at all times, performing collections accurately, and submitting reports in a timely manner. You will also be expected to maintain regular contact with the District Service Manager and ensure a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed. Additionally, you will be required to interact with facility management to establish and maintain good rapport and excellent working relationships.



To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license and be able to pass necessary reference and background checks, credit checks, and badging requirements. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.



Job Requirements

The estimated salary for this role is $400 - $500 per month, with the possibility of an additional $5 per month for a monthly cellular phone allowance. Interested candidates should have a flexible schedule and be able to work 2 visits a week, with one of the visits occurring on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
