Internship OverviewOur 12-week summer internship program is designed to provide students with hands-on work experience and a solid understanding of the health insurance industry. Interns will work on meaningful projects, develop valuable skills, and network with employees throughout our organization.
Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Maintain confidential information to the highest degree
- Current undergraduate or graduate student with a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Enrolled in a four-year college/university or a Master's/PhD program for the duration of the internship
- Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills to deal with multiple projects and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites
