Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) physician to join our team as a locum tenens provider. As a locum tenens physician, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, including deliveries and other obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, including weekends and holidays.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OBGYN) or eligibility for certification.
  • Active medical license in the state of Illinois.
  • Current ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
  • Experience working in an inpatient setting, preferably in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
