Our LPN job offers a competitive pay range of $30-$58 per hour, with the ability to make your own schedule and choose from multiple shifts and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver post-acute care to residents, monitoring their physical and mental wellbeing and tracking vital signs.
- Perform intakes of residents, documenting their health concerns and medical histories.
- Review medical records and charts, administering and verifying medications as needed.
- Help maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
- Assist with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies, and be accountable for following and adhering to care plans for residents.
- Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
- High school diploma (or GED/equivalent).
- Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Competitive hourly pay range of $30-$58.
