Job Summary:

iMed Staffing is seeking an Occupational Medicine physician to join our team in Northern Indiana. As an Occupational Medicine physician, you will be responsible for providing medical care to employees in a variety of industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care to employees in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, and healthcare.
  • Conduct physical examinations and provide medical clearance for employees to return to work.
  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
  • Develop and implement return-to-work programs for employees with work-related injuries or illnesses.
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to provide education and training on workplace safety and health.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Occupational Medicine.
  • 2 years of experience in Occupational Medicine preferred.
  • ACLs/BLS certifications required.
  • DOT and MRO certification required or willingness to become certified.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
