Job Summary

The Building Technician III will be responsible for operating, maintaining, calibrating, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment, controls, utility, and distribution systems. This includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, distribution, and building automation and controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operation.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field.
  • Universal EPA certifications and state/city licenses in related fields are preferred.
  • Proficiency in building automation, plumbing, electrical, and emergency power systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working towards expert status in at least two systems.
  • Experience with pneumatic tube systems, medical gas, and AutoCAD.
