Role Summary:

RTM is seeking a skilled BIM Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for BIM innovations and will play a key role in the development and execution of BIM support across our projects, driving efficiencies. Projects will encompass both new constructions and renovations of varying scales and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Revit models for all projects
  • Create and define engineering families, templates, details, and schedules
  • Coordinate BIM efforts with clients
  • Conduct final quality assurance checks on all projects
  • Assist project teams with BIM project setup and model management
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain templates for internal and client use
  • Troubleshoot daily technical issues and bugs
  • Select appropriate hardware to enhance production
  • Implement updates and changes for Revit users
  • Engage in continuous research of new BIM solutions
  • Collaborate with design teams and other departments to identify objectives and communicate procedural updates

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with engineering drafting standards across multiple disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in design, drafting, or engineering production for MEP systems
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM/Revit
  • A high school diploma is required; a 2-year degree is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent training and leadership abilities

Travel Requirements:

  • Anticipated travel is between 0-10%
