Job Title: Subcontract Specialist

Job Summary:

Insight Global is seeking a Subcontract Specialist to provide subcontract management support to the Nonstructural and Structural Materials Operating Divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-award and post-award subcontract administration, including development of subcontract documents, cost analysis, processing invoice payments, and initiating subcontract closeouts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-award and post-award subcontract administration
• Development of subcontract documents, including modifications
• Cost analysis and processing invoice payments
• Initiating subcontract closeouts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience
• Experience in related procurement function (buyer, contracts, purchasing, etc)
• Ability to meet deadlines, strong attention to detail, and a focus on superior customer service
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in Government contracting or subcontracting, financial management, and/or purchasing
• Experience with FAR/DFAR clauses and terms

Location: Dayton, OH

Duration: Direct Hire

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000
