Parking Services Representative Job Description

At Global Parking Systems LLC, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parking Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our parking services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service to parking customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash, making change, and issuing receipts.
  • Operate a cash register, processing transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with traffic flow, directing customers to parking areas and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month of related experience or training may be considered.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions:

The Parking Services Representative will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner. The position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.
