Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a NAPA Delivery Driver, where you will be responsible for delivering parts to customers while developing relationships and promoting the NAPA brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver parts to customers with a focus on building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
  • Pick up parts from vendors and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Maintain a safe driving record and consistently focus on safety while driving and delivering parts.
  • Serve as a NAPA Brand Ambassador by meeting customers during deliveries and promoting the NAPA brand.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and maintain a positive reputation for NAPA.
  • Maintain the store delivery truck by adhering to safety checklists, ensuring the vehicle is clean, and performing basic maintenance tasks.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the team and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and enjoy driving safely.
  • Take pride in work and focus on safety and reliability each day.
  • Ability to be flexible with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive throughout the metropolitan area.
  • Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
  • Ability to handle cash, charge transactions, and core/part returns correctly.
  • Ability to maintain a distribution log or tracking system to record deliveries and pickups.
  • Ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, building, and people.
