Assembly Technician

TekWissen Group is a leading workforce management provider seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our team in Keene, NH. As an Assembler I, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality medical devices that improve and save lives.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble components at the required production rate
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Engage in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement
- Must be able to verbally comprehend English
- Must be able and flexible to rotate to specified operations in production
- Must work a reasonable amount of overtime as determined by production management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform required visual inspection
- Ability to follow verbal instructions as required
- Ability to participate actively on teams
- Ability to work cooperatively with co-workers
- Ability to adapt to process changes
- Ability to work at a rapid and repetitive pace
- Ability to learn various operations and equipment within the clean room and perform proficiently
This position requires minimal direct supervision and involves working in a clean room environment. Assembly errors are generally detected by another operator on the line or through Quality Control product inspection.
