Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at KD-Staffing. LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will assume principle responsibility for total care of assigned clients in the respective unit. This nurse will be responsible for the processes of assessment, reassessment, establishment of nursing diagnoses, formulation of the written plan of care, implementation of care, and evaluation of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Assess and reassess patients to identify their needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide education and training to patients and families.
  • Supervise and direct other licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel as needed.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of employment.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
