About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Ascension. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic patient care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with procedures ordered by physicians and supervised by Registered Nurses (RNs).
- Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living, and transfers/transport.
- Report findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
- Assist with maintaining patient rooms in a clean and orderly condition.
- Identify and report safety hazards and emergency situations, and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
