About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Painter/Finisher to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality coatings and finishes on our precision measuring devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of specialized equipment, including overhead cranes, abrasive shot blasting machines, and paint spraying systems.
  • Perform visual inspections of weldments and surfaces to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
