We are seeking a highly skilled Painter/Finisher to join our team at Mettler-Toledo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality coatings and finishes on our precision measuring devices.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a variety of specialized equipment, including overhead cranes, abrasive shot blasting machines, and paint spraying systems.
- Perform visual inspections of weldments and surfaces to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
