Job Description: As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Aveanna, you will provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, execute physicians' prescribed plans of care, administer medications and treatments, and conduct patient assessments and coordinate care. You will also teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management.

Qualifications: To be eligible for this role, you must have a good standing license (LPN) in the state where you will practice, current CPR certification, and a willingness to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Aveanna will include:
  • Providing high-quality patient care in a home setting
  • Executing physicians' orders and documenting care provided
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
