About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program team. This role will involve assessing clients and facilitating group sessions, as well as individual and family programs using industry-recognized therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to develop effective treatment plans
  • Facilitate group sessions, individual and family programs using evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client progress
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years' experience working in addictive/co-occurring disorders or a related field
  • Valid licensure or certification as an alcohol and drug abuse counselor
