Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Monitor and report patient status, including changes in condition, to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- One or more years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
- Certified in Psychiatric Nursing preferred.
