Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Physical Therapist to join our team at All Medical Personnel - Therapy in Northeastern Minnesota, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with 40 hours per week, offering a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Minnesota
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
