What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Signature HealthCARE of Georgetown, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and residents. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional care will be valued and respected.
Responsibilities- Provide direct and compassionate care to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.
- Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
- Current/active CPR Certification.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
