We are seeking a dedicated Resident Transportation Coordinator to join our esteemed healthcare organization, committed to celebrating life and serving with joy.
This role is essential for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of residents within our community, adhering to all relevant transportation regulations and internal policies.
Available Shifts:
Full-time:
Sunday: 7:00am to 12:00pm
Monday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Tuesday: 9:30am to 6:00pm
Wednesday: 9:30am to 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents during outings and trips while providing assistance to department staff as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that wheelchairs are secured before operating the vehicle.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the department and across the facility.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and departmental meetings.
- Maintain the maintenance log for transportation vehicles.
- Recognize and address residents by their preferred names.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- A valid Driver's License
- A flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays
- A passion for working with the senior community
