Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Engineer, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion
  • Preparing budgets and monitoring project expenditures
  • Coordinating with suppliers to procure necessary materials
  • Overseeing final inspections, creating punch lists, and securing project acceptance
  • Keeping a daily log to track and report project progress
  • Ensuring high levels of customer service with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Utilizing project management software, including Excel and B2W
  • Managing change orders and implementing safety protocols
  • Supporting field teams and participating in team meetings
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to interpret civil construction drawings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Physical Requirements:

  • Clear vision, hearing, speaking, and writing abilities
  • Occasional physical activities such as reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crawling
  • Frequent sitting, standing, and walking, possibly for extended periods

  • Valid driver's license required
